Our story began in 2013 when our Founder and CEO, David Cooper, decided it was time to revolutionize the building industry. The industrialization of construction is the process through which construction aims to improve productivity through increased mechanization and automation. The process commonly involves modularization, prefabrication, preassembly, and mass production. With over 40 years of experience, he recognized the need for change due to the high cost of construction. He firmly believed there had to be a better way to build, one that was not only more economical but also surpassed traditional methods in every aspect.
To realize this vision, David assembled a team of highly experienced individuals, each an expert in their respective fields. Drawing inspiration from global markets, the team discovered several products that were either unavailable or underutilized in Australia.
For the next four years, our team dedicated themselves to streamlining and strengthening our modular program. Prefabrication in our purpose-built factory, coupled with standardized module shells, allowed us to produce multiple houses per month. These modules are then transported to the construction site, where they are seamlessly assembled to create structures that are unparalleled in their features:
